Seattle does this funny trick where on like December 30th it will suddenly be 50 degrees and the extra blanket you've been using to keep warm at night suddenly becomes an oppressive weight of dehydration. I woke up genuinely worried that I'd finally gotten got and was running a fever but I moved to the couch and discovered no, I was just overheating by normal means. Got a repeat scare when Dos woke up and said his throat hurt to swallow but he was also just dried out. What a wretched little swamp they built a metropolitan area on top of, honestly.

[solid snake]: fozzie bear, he's sort of jackie channing his way through shadow moses defeating guards by accidentally dropping banana peels etc.
[liquid snake/master miller]: a human celebrity talking about how he is genetically identical in every way to fozzie etc
[colonel campbell]: sam the eagle
naomi: "here have some tea, it's all-natural and organic"
snake choking: "what the heck's in this stuff?"
naomi: "ginseng, honey, turmeric, nanomachines, a spritz of lemon..."
other codec support characters are beaker, camilla the chicken, swedish chef, mahna mahna etc people who are fully unintelligible
somebody randomly calls the codec to order a pizza etc
[revolver ocelot(s?)]: waldorf and statler (they torture fozzie/snake by roasting him)
[decoy octopus/darpa chief]: several muppets in a trenchcoat together
[psycho mantis]: gonzo with a little gas mask for his nose
[otacon]: kermit the frog (i know scooter is the "correct" casting but it's more important to capitalize on the kermit/fozzie chemistry and i also want to hear kermit say "animes")
[sniper wolf]: miss piggy (her dog foo-foo is the "Wolf")(she also refuses to die and keeps hanging out)
[meryl silverburgh]: a human celebrity woman
[two random guards]: rizzo and pepe (doing sort of a guildenstern/rozencrantz thing where they are doing all the "what's that noise" gags and driving the tank and the hind d and falling for fozzie's traps and doing the jonny sasaki bathroom bit)

making the pal card hot and cold in mgs is already basically a muppet sketch
