I wonder if every live service game goin down produces a ripple effect in other communities of ppl returning to an older, still-running live service game or trying a new one out for the first time, and if it’s notable by numbers or noticeable by players
so i've been majorly fucked over by my state's unemployment due to some issues that automatically denied every single week i applied for unemployment and is currently denying every week i submit for. i won't be able to get these fixed until the end of January at the absolute earliest, but that's the estimate for when I'll get a hearing date instead of the hearing itself to solve these issues.

hate to boost this up but hahaha it's been one fucking hell of a month
- my unemployment claim got fully denied, and my hearing will now no longer happen (the state sided with my old company b/c my old company claims they no longer have paperwork i signed to state i was fully remote)
- i started working a new part-time gig, but i'm only being paid as a consultant and do not know when i will be receiving any of my paycheques
- i have been bleeding through money thanks to medical bills
but hey, at least i'm on food stamps. i don't have to worry about food for a bit.
i'm worried about doing my taxes (esp. thanks to making money on twitch last year), but hey. it happens. if you wanna support what i do, feel free to drop a few bucks my way.

update: no troubles, although it should be noted that honestly the design is pretty much totally covered up by an apron, feels like an oversight
I just published version 1.3.0 of my VTube Studio Plugin, 'vts-heartrate'. It adds the following features:
💓 Fitbit support! Use a special Fitbit Companion app to link your devices!
💓 Intuitive Art Mesh selection! Point-and-click on meshes to tint from within VTube Studio!
For those who don't already know everything else this plugin does, though, the high-level overview is that it can feed heartrate data into VTube Studio as a tracking parameter, much in the same way a webcam feeds position data in as a tracking parameter! This allows you to have aspects of your character model change as you physically become more or less agitated. That can include things like having the model become flushed, accelerating the breathing animation, as well as more specialized, tailored things, depending on the model!
